They are synthetic leather-type materials. All our materials are of the best quality.

Can I only buy through the website?

No, you can also make purchases by DMing us on our Instagram.

What is the delivery time?

Your order is sent 2 to 15 business days once your order has been placed and paid, and depending on the package, it may take 3 to 5 business days to deliver to the door of your house. Parcel delivery dates may increase during peak seasons.

What are the payment methods you use?

We handle the following payment methods:

- Bank deposit
- Deposit in OXXO
- Debit or credit card

Are your payment methods secure?

Yes, all your data is safe. We do not have access to the confidential information of your banking details. We work with the most important and secure Mexican payment gateway in the country. 

Do you accept payment in cash or transfers?

Yes, you can pay through OXXO and deposit to our bank account. If you choose the transfer or payment option at OXXO, your order will be separated for 24 hours. If you do not pay and send proof, your products will be automatically released to the next customer.

What parcel do you ship with?
We work with the most popular parcel companies in the country which are Fedex, Estafeta, Redpack, etc.

Do they have a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is delivered to the parcel you will receive a notification email. In this email you will find both your tracking number and the link to the website where you can check the history of your order. This email may reach your junk or spam folder.
